Hey @Shaz51
Yeah, I like walking and I live close to a river and can walk along the shared pathway for quite some distance. I go through phases of walking though and sometimes I do and other times I don't. Should do more of it regularly! 🙂 RiverSeal

Hi Everyone
Spent several hours exploring a mountain that’s nearby my home. Mix of gradual and steep ascents and meandering trails. Got to be serenaded by the sounds of many types of birds. Really peaceful.
Went on a second walk this afternoon that had me exploring a large park, playing fields and saunter along a long, winding creek.
I felt tired in the end, but have ended the day with a smile on my face. I would again encourage everyone to consider poking your head out … it doesn’t matter for how long!

@TAB @Delicatessen @RiverSeal @Dimity @Shaz51
Hi guys,
I failed to get out for a walk on Monday. The day just got away from me. However yesterday I managed to walk up to the library and back. I need to make it part of my daily routine again. Not sure that I will fit a walk in today but I am going to a walking group tomorrow. We will be walking along a path by the ocean. Might make the walk longer by walking around the houses on the way back. It’s quite a nice walk.
