Let me know when you get back. What’s for dinner at your place? I’m drinking water. @Oaktree

Hi guys,
I just got back from my walk. Walked the longer walk around the park. Takes a good 3/4 of an hour. Feeling alive now. All hot and sweaty anyway. Met a lovely lady called Jen on the way. She talked about her walking and weightloss. Good for her! Gives me some hope that this approach will work!

Hi @TAB
I enjoyed chatting to her, if I had have thought about it I would have gotten her phone number. Someone to walk with would have been great! Maybe I will bump into her again? Who knows?
Thanks for your encouragement!

Hi guys,
I went for my daily walk this morning. Today marks two whole weeks of doing it daily! That’s quite an achievement for me, the queen of excuses! I did the longer route around the park because I wanted to walk past the pokestops on the way. There is a thing at the moment where the pokestops give you a guaranteed gift and I have been enjoying sending those to my son. I think I have 16 now saved up to send him but you can only send one per day. I didn’t walk super fast but at least I am out there trying every day. Eventually I am bound to get my fitness up a bit! Anyway I hope you are all enjoying getting out and walking when you can.
