That’s great @Oaktree
Walking is good. 👍
I only like walking in autumn and winter.
So far haven’t started this winter.
Need to get well first, if that makes sense.
Makes me feel useless not going for a walk.
Waiting for the local gym to open to give it a try. Can’t get well without exercise, that’s for sure.

Maybe it is an incentive @Dimity it’s great to have company for your walk. It distracts you from the exercise aspect. Makes the walk more enjoyable anyway.
Maybe when you feel a bit better @Former-Member you can start walking a little.

Hi @tyme thanks for popping in. I guess I am not purposely trying to beat my times at the moment but I notice it when I do. At the moment I am trying to build up a little bit of fitness.

For sure. @Oaktree I live near the beach and it’s lovely there in winter. Used to walk with my daughter. She’s moved on. Not much fun on your own.
