Re: Walking for Wellness

@Dimity reminded me of this thread so I am posting here to dust it off. Will have to start using it again to keep myself accountable.

 

I plan my first walk on Wednesday as I am busy babysitting today so can’t go walking. Tomorrow will have to do. My goal is to do a short walk every day. It doesn’t have to be long or intense, i just have to get into the habit of moving every day!

Hi @Oaktree @Shaz51 and all here. Today I walked to the shops, shopped, and returned... it took 75 minutes. It was tiring but not too cold. I got a bit puffed on the way home. 

Looking forward to hearing about your efforts.

Been quiet and have 2 zoomy days.  Just walking around house and garden and doing my upper body exercises with weights.
