Didn't walk today - had planned to head up to the shops to walk this afternoon but then hubby side swiped a traffic sign in the car and we all had a bit of an emotional crisis. Tomorrow is another day. See how it goes.

Hi @Oaktree that must have given you a fright. I hope the car wasn't damaged too badly. I needed milk so walked to the shops again. We still have to wear masks when shopping and wish I could stop my glasses from fogging, I've tried soap and antifogging wipes.

I am ok. The car doesn't matter but hubby didn't react well. His reaction gave me a fright. Car is covered by insurance but it's a $650 excess. Luckily I just did my tax and should get that by Monday. Hopefully tomorrow is better.

Hi @bipolarbunny @Oaktree cold and wet here most of the day but I walked at twilight. Shopping centre very quiet with most shops closed due to lockdown, very few people about. I really shouldn't walk at night, I couldn't see the kerb. Hope you and hubby are feeling better @Oaktree and the weather is conducive to walking over the weekend.

@Dimity Nice work my friend, yes please be careful and safe, we don't want you spraining an ankle or taking a fall.
I did 70 mins on the bike today, it's been cold and wet all week. Big hugs sweetie xx

Hi walkers
@Meggle , @bipolarbunny , @Dimity , @Candydipper1 , @Bow , @greenpea , @Shaz51 ... anyone passing this way. This is a really encouraging thread.
We have had wild weather but I went for a walk and it was worth pushing myself out the door.
