Well @Oaktree @Fluttershy1 I walked to the nearest reserve and back... 55 minutes... then did a bit of gardening. That's enough for today. It's nice to see some early Spring bulbs flowering. 

It's clouded over but I'm not expecting rain.

I hope that you enjoyed your time outside.

Spring bulbs are very early.

The weather has been all over the place so it's no wonder that the bulbs are confused.

Yes you're right @Oaktree the narcissus are even earlier than usual. The winter camellias are nice too. 

I walked to the shops and back today, pushing my shopping trolley. I'm a bit tired now, but it was good to go out.

I went for a walk around the block. It took 28 minutes. It's raining now so lucky I took the opportunity to go out earlier. Feeling ok today although I have some business to take care of at the clinic. Need a new case manager.

Wow, you ladies are all total rockstars! Great job on your walks and exercise. So proud of you all! Sorry I haven't posted been on a 3 day break from the forums. Movies are definitely a great recovery day and we all need them. Some days I can't bare the thought of going outside because my anxiety is so bad, so movies & guitar become my go to therapy for the day. 

I've felt really flat today, but managed to get in 30 minutes on my bike before a session with my tdoc. Which went really well and lifted my spirits. 

Hoping to get a run/walk in tomorrow but it depends on the weather. I'm a real sook when it's cold and wet outside. Lol.

@Bow I hope you are doing better my friend. Just concentrate on getting well for now.
