How can living lies ever be true without hurting/burning our truth in the process. Lies like a combustion engine running your 'truths consuming' flat out? Ever felt that emptiness within drunk the day after a 'wild' night out for example?) (Goodbye stranger!)

Ever wondered why believing lies always ends in disaster when the truth is revealed down lowest?

Lies rule truth deepest deep robbing us of our treasures highest high.

Feel that life is only suffering? Believing the feeling you best  ABORT by all means!

Hearing a feeling in you say - life is not worth living - means to say dump feeling that life as soon as you can.

You have heard thou shalt not murder while i say murder all feelings or thoughts telling you that is not true!

 Living a lie burns your Truth its misery! 

The Truth says to be true always sings i'm free,  without a hangover and the other COSTS to YOUR life!

@Judi9877 Thank you for noticing and caring.  It doesnt just impact me, but the succeeding generations. I cannot do much about it, so must accept even though it is wrong.

Interesting how you notice the forum is quieter.  I think there are more staff behind the scenes, although I may be wrong.

I love how you keep in touch with everyone and keep doing good for you and your friend.  I guess that is all we can do.

Very helpful mantras indeed @MissGremlin and just the types of affirmations I need to be utilising in this period of adjustment as my doses and medications are changed and my strategies continuously implemented to help me reach my "baseline" 😊
