Thanks a lot @Adge that means a lot to me.
Well done @CheerBear hope the routine of term time settles in quickly and you get more time to focus on your own needs sometimes.

Hi folks
Yet again I'm here on the wrong day, but I want to send a huge thumbs up to @Owlunar - I've seen you giving heartfelt and well thought out responses to many people over the last week or so. Especially to those new to the forums. Keep it up! You are special in the nicest way xx

Thanks @eth
I found the new posts from new members to be something I could identify with
But in truth - really - I find I feel better when I get around the forum more - it does me good too -
I have bleak spots and tritrating down on my medication has worn me out - I saw my GP yesterday and took in a list of what tablets I had taken across a three week period - sometimes more but mostly 3 per day and he was encouraging - telling me I was doing well and to reduce when I could and not worry when I had to take extra
That was a good week - a good session with my GP and a really great post from you
whoo-hoo eth
