Re: The magic of tidying

It was ever since your thyroid operation and planar fasciitis that you stopped walking.  I was really overweight and did not have much hope on this medication I'm on.  Maybe once you move to S.A. and settle you can focus on your weightloss goals. Its hard to stay on a steady course if you have major life events @TAB and that applies to everyone! 🙂 Don't judge yourself once you move things will be better and you will be in a more congenial situation to start exercising again

Re: The magic of tidying

Thanks @Oaktree I've been obese most of my adult life. Was told the medication I'm on was the "fat drug" and spoke to people doing umpteen bench presses and walking miles and miles to no avail. So I gave up before I even started.  I think its something to do with being on diabetes medication which helps with weightloss, my earthing mat and exercise. But yes am getting there now. I'm really surprising myself.

@TAB don't stress, you got your GP and now your pain meds.  Just try to relax, lovely.  Things will begin to settle after the eclipse. I did read that people in the astro community are feeling achey, a bit off and disenfranchised under this influence

Re: The magic of tidying

@moderator I've lost track.

Tidy (adjective) : having everything ordered and arranged in the right place, or liking to keep things like this

Hope ur OK @NatureLover @Delicatessen @EternalFlower @Oaktree @Appleblossom  @Shaz51  @tyme @hanami

I'm feeling defeated @Former-Member @TAB

In my decluttering journey I'm confronting a lot of past and continuing trauma, and trying to support someone close with a shared history. At the moment I feel like walking away from this thread and the forums in general.

I've been on here nearly 7 years now  .. hard to believe and would never have thought so.

the purpose remains generally the same ,...... inches to miles and all of that while living day to day...

I would miss you! But totally do what’s right for you. I took a break from the forums myself a while back.

I am sorry that you are experiencing trauma and generally a hard time.

I am here if you want to talk.
