No good @TAB must be so annoying. Its a shame when family can't do the right thing. What is so hard about posting a letter? Got good news fasting blood sugar is 5.8 today. Have been wearing my chrysocolla crystal bracelet and drinking a whole head of celery juice per day which is great for diabetes

I don't know what you do @TAB he could post it at lunchtime. He may have other stuff going down in his life right now. Its the eclipse energy and its volatile - lots of people feeling off and out of sorts. Its bad out there right now. Probably not coping himself but if he can go to work surely he can post a letter?

Yeah feeling out of sorts here @TAB I struggled walking as I fatigue easily - stopped doing my mitochondria and nitric oxide audio so back doing it again as it gives me the energy I had when I was younger. Keep waking up in the middle of the night to pee - not a strong bladder but the weight is coming off. Have lost 17% of bodyweight - still going! lol

if I did 17% would still be huge but more around ballpark for me .. I could do 30% @Former-Member still would not make me skinny lol

I've lost a four dress sizes but still am still overweight. But I'm happy with the progress. Any win is a good win compared to where I was @TAB I have heard another GP saying I could do similar to what you are saying (30%) I have a goal in mind to get to my ideal weight by my birthday just got to get down another three dress sizes to a size 14 and my diabetes should be stabilised.
