@Glisten you're words are perfect. They are like poetry. If you don't write poetry, I'd encourage you to.

I'm in a situation that changes constantly. But I'm using a few strategies, like "lying" to keep myself safe emotionally and spiritually. I don't feel guilty anymore which is a big step for me. In fact, I'm planning things. I'm viewing a property next week. I'm spending three nights with family, five hours away, soon, as well....

I'm too precious to mess up my life by purposely staying. Please don't grieve for him. Please welcome the part of yourself that is "in love" with your own self and well being. Anyway, your words really struck me. I wasn't going to log on tonight. Thanks for your post. 💕❤️😊

Hmmm, this is tricky, in a recent youtube video Dr Ramani said "I dont care, all abusers are narcissists"  I agree with her.
