I;m not bad. @Sans911I remember reading about Anne when I was young. Nice to find a thoughtful girl my own age ... even if it was just in print. Still have my coat and scarf on... put dressing gown on my lap. Takes a while for house to warm up. Son does not feel the cold.

Hey @Twinklelight
No need to go back to the first page unless you want to. I saw your question before but I wanted to have it clarified first.
It's a thread I started because essentially this is possibly the year I try to start dealing with BPD in a more constructive way and hopefully move on to better days.
I really detest the word recovery because I know I'll always struggle with mental illness. And right now there's more challenging days than easier ones.
I struggle significantly with suicidal ideation, so it's a challenge to get from one day to the next most of the time.
And also the same time I started this thread was when I became a community guide. The expectations and responsibilities that came with that are especially challenging, possibly because I expect too much of myself.
So that's why it's called the challenges of mental health wellbeing. I'm trying to move away from illness to wellness.
Many of the forum members start a thread because it's a place they feel comfortable in. For me at the moment it's my little corner of the forum where I feel safest. I do venture out to other threads, as its good for me to interact with others. Just because I started a thread doesn't mean no one else is welcome. Anyone is welcome to drop in and chat to me or anyone else.
Thank you for asking about this thread. I hope my response helps. You're welcome here anytime you like, and you're free to ask me ANY questions you want. I usually answer most, and I would tell if I can't answer something.

Hey @Sans911. How are you going? Possibly a stupid question :face_with_rolling_eyes: but I can only hope thatβs itβs not too bad. I had a day yesterday of not being able to communicate much until I got on the craft thread, it was a crash day for me. Sometimes itβs just that things that takes us out of ourselves a bit that frees us up to talk. Ok well thatβs some philosophical dribble for the day. Perhaps today Iβve gone the other way today and have verbal :pile_of_poo:

Here if you want to say hi π

Not a stupid question @Teej
I'm alright enough thanks. Nice to hear from you too.
I went to an antique and vintage fair this morning. I bought a lovely vintage dress, a pretty beanie, and a couple of ceramic jars.
I'm now relaxing at home watching a dvd series. I hope you're having a little bit of a better day

That sounds lovely @Sans911. Iβm glad you could do some βyouβ things. I really enjoyed my time pottering in galleries while I was on respite. Actually it was more like a holiday than respite. I felt thoroughly spoiled.
Ive had my son come over and put the doors on my shed and I have finally braved my kitchen which was, and partly is, still a disaster zone. I really had lost the plot before. I wasnβt functioning at all. So now Iβm just trying to build little bit by little bit back up. Will hopefully take the dog for a walk soon. Itβs blooming cold here though and Iβm being a wuss.
