Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing
So sorry I face planted on you last night. I read the post and tried to reply but I was struggling. I've had a reasonable night's sleep, but still struggling to stay awake this morning.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing
I'm just waiting on a bus to take me to the two workshops I'm doing in the city @outlander
Yes, I have had the meeting. Not good. Will tell you more later. I've still got your post, as I have others from you and my forum family. I won't answer it if you don't want me to.
I'll just say this instead. Life sounds pretty complicated, challenging and frustrating for you right now, as it has been for some time. I understand you feel defeated and worn down. I think anybody would. Yet you have amazing strength and resilience, perhaps more than you realise. And you've changed since six months ago. It probably sounds lame, but just hold on. Nothing lasts forever, and I'm sure there will be a time soon where life is less complicated. Hugs and hugs lil Sis xxxx

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing
but will will wait until your ready to talk about it.
you can answer it.., i dont know why i took it down. you and everyone already have so much other stuff to contend with without my crap on top. and i felt i was taking over your thread. yeah i already know the responses to those but they are my thoughts atm. As i was reading it over again it all sounds really pathetic.
im just on hold to pdocs office, they are going to see if they can fit me in abit earlier but are trying to sort out clients in office atm.
