My Diverticulosis/ IBS is playing up badly today - most days.-- that is not good @Adge

but when my cousin dropped me off at home after having morning tea with my mum, aunty and cousin
it was pouring rain and I slipped and landed on my back on the grass
feeling a bit sore now
