It's hard to pick a favourite song. The first song I heard of his was 'Keep Your Head Up'. But I also love 'Under the Same Sun'. I really love this live perfomance:

That was the same for me, 'keep your head up' was a song that I heard when I was going though a difficult time too. "Keep your head up, keep your heart strong'. I think his songs really capture raw emotions. It's kind of nice hearing a song that reflects exactly how you feel and give you hope.

What did you all get up to this weekend?

Who is enjoying a long weekend? (me!)

This weekend I found a bit of a hidden gem. I live quite close to the city, so I was quite surprised to find this!

I had family brunch for my sister's birthday this morning,, she is Vegan so it was a really nice Vegan/vegetarian place in the city, i had a breakfast burrito, which was pretty good, i am not a huge fan of vegan food but always make the exception when it comes to her. other then that i haven't been up too much, been way to cold

Oh and the vegan place sold one of my favorite beverages, it comes from mexico - Jarrritos mexican cola really really nice.

Other then that i am going to either A. Curl up in bed and read something or B. watch a movie or T.V show on my computer

When I was on long haul flights I watched most of the first series of Orange is the New Black. I will have to buy the box sets now, so I know what happens!
