I have lived with adhd my whole life but only diagnosed in my mid/late teens @Shaz51 unmedicated and have been so for pretty much ever
yeah kids exhausted took them to the playground I’ve got one who’s konked out on the couch at 5pm which is not going to help our newly sleeping -through-the night thing, both worn out.

I have 2 stepsons with ADHD
and I looked after a child who had had ADHD when I did childcare xxx
how did you go with the doctor --- asking for any cancelation , that you can have and tell them how bad it is xx

I get up 4 times a night because of my kidney disease and then I am wide awake after the 3rd time
