Re: Never being in a relationship
You know what @TheRenegade345 ? I'm not a psych, but I feel like your brain is wired to seek evidence of you not being able to be loved, supported, cared for and then it happens, and you say "You see"? Each time it happens, it's a punch in the guts and confirms that you are unlovable and cannot go forward.
You CAN be loved. You CAN be cared for. You CAN be supported.
Please allow yourself say and tell yourself these words.
It's been too long that these unhelpful schemas are ruling your brain.
You are better than that!
Come on mate, tell yourself you CAN!
I'm sorry and apologise in advance if you feel this is pushy. I can remove it. But I genuinely care and feel there IS hope even if you don't feel it right now.

Re: Never being in a relationship
I am trying but I keep getting rejected by so many people, particularly women.
My value is equal to what we put in the rubbish.

Re: Never being in a relationship
Oh hun @TheRenegade345 . I'm sorry you feel this about yourself. I can see how hard it is to live with these thoughts. Would you consider working with someone on perhaps some of these unhelpful thoughts that may pull your confidence down?

Re: Never being in a relationship
Hey mate @TheRenegade345 ,
If you haven't heard my story, I worked on my MH for 15 years and got no where.
Yet when the 'right' time came, things really shifted and within the next 3-5 years, I was a different person.
Please don't give up. We are here to support each other - even when things are tough.

Re: Never being in a relationship
You never know @TheRenegade345 .
I hope I didn't upset you by posting what I posted above.
I hear the pressures you are experiencing. I hope you learn to love yourself. Then I feel the rest will come.

Re: Never being in a relationship
You didn't say anything that upset me. It's just there is nothing anyone can really say to me anymore that makes me feel hopeful. Because I dont feel any hope due to the lack of any success in this area of my life.
If you met me in person it would probably make more sense.

But maybe there ARE successes, but there is a dark lens obscuring your vision? @TheRenegade345 The Black Dog?
