No its all good,she said good morning and smiled to me this morning.  Sometimes I think she is hard on me because  I stand up to them and no one esle really does that.  They cant do anything to sack me, I know that as they dont follow procedure and any fault they find with me as per my last review when I was told : 

• too professional
• too nice to customers and suppliers (should be nice in my own time)
• too efficient (do things too quickly) but no erros

As she could not give me any examples I stated that well the only way  I will learn is if this is brought to my attention (this is in writing) and they dont.  They havent said one thing except for now which is different "give payroll too much priority" thats apparently a bad thing. So having said all that and the fact that I am HR logically there is nothing they can do that would not be classed as unfair dissmissal - of course unless I resign but even then if I'm made to resign its called "constructive dismissal" and if I wanted to they could be done for that.  

I have made a decision within myself - just hopefully I can go through with it  in my review which will be anytime now. I will question why I give payroll too much priority and why thats a bad thing but I will remain emotionless with her.  I believe she thrives on the reaction she gives others so I wont let her get that from me again.

I'm in a good place today.

Wow I just really found out what sort of person the bosses wife is.  

Not last year 2016 but 2015 xmas break up, suprise I had issues with reimbursements because the wife gave it to me very last minute well actually after we had officially broken up and I was on formal Annua Leave. (yes we had to take AL to stop work early and attend our own xmas bbq??) She then preceded to have a go at me when we came back saying what a drama I made the last day with stressing out over this.  I just found from the employee who goes to the bank that in 2015 xmas break up she told him that she hid the cheque and for him not to tell me and that I can process it after everyone has enjoyed their lunch - she will tell me then.  (ie. making me work during my supposed AL and when everyone else is enjoying themselves. What a complete bitch, I know this guy who told me and he is very honest and actually thought he told me already.

So would you say this is narcassistic behaviour or just plain BITCH? I dont get it but dont care if she has nothing else in her life but to make others miserable what a sad, sour pitiful person she is and we are all better than that!

I'm not angry or raging doing good, as 1.5 hours to go and I'm out of here for 4 days yyeeeahhh!!!

You have shown an incredible amount of maturity and growth in this job....other employees trust you and confine in you...I hope that you  secretly pat yourself on the back but I feel

In the long term, you need to evaluate your day to day wellbeing...

Am I right or wrong ?

We are thinking about you. I was thinking that I have been in situations like this many many times: like when I thought I was being buullied at the units where I live, I am but the bullying is not so relevant to me anymore........

Or when I HAD to quit a job about 5 years ago....but it took me over a year to do it....

Problem is yes I'm looking for work but nothing around where I live at the moment, unless I take a drop in salary of maybe $30 K and a lot further to travel - not prepared to do that at the moment.

But yes you are right this place effects me too much but I guess I have to also realise its me as well - what I mean is other people can hack it here (not many) but they do - my problem is I dont play ball with things I dont think are ethical or againts legislation (I'm a HR Manager).

I'll keep looking.... 🙂
