Re: Looking to nature for wellbeing
@Shaz51 hello my shazzy sister.
My stomach is better today and I am seeing the end of the tunnel with a project's deadline. I'm at the swimming centre watching the kids take their swimming lessons then shower, easy dinner and early to bed. Tomorrow we have couple counselling...always hard and tiring.
How are you? Did you get to do the things you needed to do before Mr Shaz took priority? How is Mr Shaz? 🫂❤️

Re: Looking to nature for wellbeing
Did you get to do the things you needed to do before Mr Shaz took priority? --- yes @Healandlove , @Dimity
Mr. Shaz was totally worn out on Tuesday because of Monday events, so I walked downtown and got everything done which was good
trouble was my brain was overthinking of how bad everything was to catch up and, in the end, it did not take much time at all (of Course)
Tomorrow, we have couple counselling...always hard and tiring. --- thinking of you lots tomorrow xxx
my update is I have been put on the waiting list for the genetic clinic in the futher

Re: Looking to nature for wellbeing
@Shaz51 thank you shazzy my sister for your kind thoughts 😘.
Sometimes things do look harder and more tiring than they are. I think the fact you were able to run your errands by yourself made things quicker too.
Why do you need genetic testing? Is it for the diabetes?
