Hello @TAB
I brought the conversation over here.
I read your words about the need to just breathe.
Too much on your plate gets overwhelming.
I hope that you are starting to find a breathing pattern allowing you to feel more comfortable.
I enjoy reading your banter with others on friday feast at times and also I recently found tabalugas.
Only has 43,000 odd replies.
A tad late for the party.
Head finally arrived there.
Life can be an oxymoron.
Keep on surviving as you are.
You have friends on the forum Tab who value your friendship
Take care
Sophia

Hello @TAB
Thank you for reply and kind words of hope.
Things have improved yet slipped back in other ways.
I thankfully received results back from PCR Test which were negative for both Covid and respiratory flu.
I had different strategies in place to distract which I am sure you already know are hard to put in place in the first place, let alone when physically unwell etc etc.
I was surprised what a great sense of relief and the feeling of heaviness; draining was lifted.
I feel so much for everyone who has gone through Covid.
I am sure that they can relate with that waiting for the unknown scenario.
Isolation has reared it's insidious head again and it is literally doing my head in which is already not in it's best condition.
Post concussion has improved considerably with some lingering flare ups usually triggered by others.
Sadly when you have long term mental health issues without going into various labels; situations; an acquired brain injury does not separate the differences.
Am on continued review. My acquired brain injury is mild thankfully and I am grateful for ongoing reviews. The concussion specialists even though there was a 3 month wait list have been absolutely great.
So when and if I ever discover; invent; create a solution for isolation I shall write about it on the forums as I know only too well that I am not alone.

oh ha ha ha @TAB
Your humour is so very welcome as always.
You have made my day.
Bless you dear Tab.
Leaving my ivory? tower I love that concept and am going to use that as; dare I say yet another strategy to get out of the blasted tower.
Perhaps when I cut my waist length hair when in my early 30's I lost the capability. Blame it on my hair instead of my mind. Change the thinking.
I might use that as imagery.
I like that.
You have given me an idea, actually.
Bravo Tab
Sophia 💛
A heart filled with sunshine for you.
Thank you
