I love green tree frogs too @Sophia1 @tonys and we get a lot of them around here.  My little dog,  who I sadly lost to illness last year,  had a fascination for them too.  She would go out onto the deck and,  unknown to me,  bring them into the house in her mouth.  Then I would find her watching these frogs jumping around the house.  I finally caught her in the act,  frog safely in her mouth,  totally unharmed.

There is no issue at all @Sophia1 💖 I have been reading along for sometime but did not want to intrude so will continue to do that. More recently, seeing what you would be going through as a result of the interactions on this thread, I added my support - that will always be there but I will be in the background again 👍 I hope things get better for you and your family - much love to you all 💖

@Shaz51   hello,    yep ,     ive carried this tree frog a 100 mtrs away ,   made him/ her.   a nice hollow log home,   and guess what ,   It was back in the mail box the very next morning.   

Determination..... I like that in a frog,...   and a person.

I have seen the letters on the home page,   that come in at night.    People in real distress.   Hoping for some one ,  any one.     If you are a community guide ,   then i guess that is where the trench warfare demands greatest attention.

So ,  no need to explain your mobility around the forums,       I would rather know that you are saving lives on the front,     If a ... cease fire day occurs,  and and you need a laugh ,  happy to share.      Hope i didnt accidently send a kite to you,   that you felt the need to write...

Dont think i did ,     But you have a wonderful day any way,   and we will be grateful for frogs

hey there @Zoe7    So ....   You are a teacher as well as a  volunteer.  !!

Out here in the sticks    we  call you ....... A   bloody   LEGEND   mate...

Now I just sent a message to @Shaz51  hope you can see it.     Any way I will just say it again,

In the small hours of the night If the mail box is empty ,    I have a look at the letters of despair that come in ,  hopping for some help,   an ear,   connection.

So I should say to all the C Gs  that are giving parts of themselves to others,    you only have so much to give.    and there are plenty that need it ,  way,   way  more than me...

I'm  just the guy who does a few farm or street life stories,   black humour and the odd ,  take it or leave it,... poem.        

Thankyou so much for the time you give,   but please  leave me till last.   or you are sure you have time for a yarn... 

 I  bet the kids love you,    If I was in your class ,  id be in the front row  with the biggest red shiny apple i could find...   Take good  good care of yourself Zoe.

@tonys I just adore my kids at school but last year was a special year ...most eclectic bunch of kids you could get but together they just worked ...and we had a lot of fun along the way. I have about a third of them back this year but I am going to miss the rest of them terribly. Funny you should say you would be in the front row ...we used to have a roster who could sit next to me and walk around with me on duty lol

...and as for leaving you to last ...no chance - love your style, love your letters, love your stories, love your humour ...so when I can I will drop by and say hi 😁 other times I will be in the background reading along 👍
