I have a low tolerance for hearing people screaming @Sophia1

It feels abusive to me, even when I'm not the person who is being screamed at.

My parents constantly screamed at each other, & at us (as children), so that explains why.

It's not helpful, & it's not necessary, & it can traumatise children - well it traumatised me.

I like the way you describe things, the words you use - Zap is right. I feel very zapped (when ill).

I am very much enjoying your pictures, absolutely gorgeous (I wish I was there).

I am not sure that I am getting all of the notifications either..

Hope that you are both feel better today...

I did not have a good night's sleep either...

husband kept me awake with snoring as well...so early hours of morning went to other room...freezing..

didn't get to the library the other day...am hoping to get there today...

Not sleeping well seems to go hand in hand with mind struggles....

I hope that you both have some reprieve and feel more rested soon..

bad dreams can be unsettling too...

Hopefully your virus is on the way out too Adge...

I spent most of the morning chasing up support groups which most of have lost funding... very few existing in the first place...

I finally found something that might be around until next year....will be looking into that...about 40 minute drive...sounds better than other group that I went to once just before operation..

I have asked husband to drive me to first session as last time that I drove to this part of the country I got lost several times..I have zero sense of direction...He readily agreed...pleased that I am getting out ...I was going to suggest that he might like to go fishing as is near river...he took the words right out of my mouth laugh...so ...so far so good...

all in all the best day that I have had in ages...

I ache ....certainly stepped up the mark in the pool the last few sessions...no pain no gain...so rest up now..

feels good knowing that I have progressed...

incredible the mindset...I am feeling more in control...have hope....step by step...

I had my physiotherapy session and he used some equipment ..utilising the theory of mindfulness...at the same time measuring my brain electrical activity...fascinating...two separate background sounds...second session showing dramatic improvement on first...have another session next week...hopefully will direct me to some meditation ideas to do at home..I did meditation a few times years ago and found it very good.

I made it to the library...borrowed two more books...humourous this time around as Jodi Piccoult one that I am currently reading is very deep as are all of hers...
