Hello @utopia@bipolar101@Shaz51@Former-Member@Matt12@moonflower and all
Grateful today that my daughter's brain scan came back negative for MS disease. Grateful my husbands heart tests were good. Grateful for his love - it's been a tough week. Grateful for my best friend. And yes, grateful for my air conditioner in this heat.
Also made an offer on a home fronting the water. Not accepted yet but grateful to live in a country where I have this and other opportunities. 😊

Hi @MoonGal
@Former-Member & @Shaz51
I am grateful for the ability to look at wonderful art on the internet. (Never thought I'd say that!)
Think I am going to include it as part of a daily routine.
It has been calming, involves another part of the brain than is typical for me .. but also keeps my mind alive with connections and cultural links. I know that seems paradoxical ... but its true .. somehow ??

Saw this post awhile ago, which prompted me to think about the things I'm grateful for, thought about putting these up and didn't. I felt, it sounded silly, because there a a lot of little things, everyday things I'm grateful for. But then I thought, isn't it the culmination of lots of little things that create happiness? So, here it goes:
I'm grateful
- when I wake up after a good night's sleep without waking up during the night
- to see the washing on the line first thing in the morning
- when I can motivate myself to work in my garden
- when I can pick veggies from my garden
- this sounds crazy, when I see my salad on the chopping board
- for the days I went away with my friend for a short holiday
- and this is a biggy, that I have my voice back ... after half a year of struggling with resonance, it's back! Both my singing coach and I were in tears of emotion today.
Indeed, a alot to be grateful for

I can relate to food and vocal gratitude. @Ffm48
I like to see a few vegies assembled on bench as I decide wots for dinner.
Have had a frog in my throat for a while .. maybe should cut down on dairy
.. all in the right balance
