Re: GRATITUDE

Tonight I'm thankful that I'm warm and fed and tomorrow is another day

Re: GRATITUDE

Hi@Dimity I feel endlessly grateful for my house mate, who I’ve known for a VERY long time. He’s my best friend and I am closer to him than members of my own family. He’s seen me through my darkest days. He’s endlessly kind. I would do anything for him. Sometimes I get worried he’ll give up on me and leave. When I ask him if he’s frustrated by my mental illness he simply responded with “I know you are doing everything you possibly can to stay well. So I don’t worry”. I am lucky to have someone like this in my life.

Re: GRATITUDE

You are indeed fortunate @Delicatessen but I suspect you more than deserve it. I hope he knows how much you appreciate him.

Re: GRATITUDE

Today I'm grateful for:

1. My boss responding calmly to absence from work, and keeping my reasons confidential.

2. My GP for being empathetic but also firm and honest with me.

3. The cool change. Suuuuch a relief!

Re: GRATITUDE

It sounds like having Mr Shaz open up to the doctor maybe takes a little bit of weight off you @Shaz51 ?
