Walked12000 steps in Melbourne city yesterday. That's the best I have ever recorded. We had a great day Out. I have replied to your comments was told to correct high lighted errors in draft hate to have to do it again.

@Polly48Sometimes drafts are in autosave and you can load tham ... sometimes you need to go into your profile to find files that are waiting for an edit.  It took me a while to get the hang of it ... and I lost heaps.

I like going into town on the weekend. Hope it was a good day.

@MoonGal isnt it interesting you imagine a clam ... I have always gone for fuzzy edged sensing ... and wonder why I get hurt ... I think I am going to investigate channelling clams for a bit.

Glad the med change is stabilising and you are back in the world, but sorry about your mother. 

Steady she goes ... tortoises are good too.

@Appleblossom, I wondered what you were talking about with channelling a 'clam'. I realised I had made a typo - should have been "CALM".
Clam sure does work though a strong shell and soft inside. 🙂 xx

Trying to do a minimum of 15 pushups a day. Gotta try and get rid of my a-cup man-boobs and bloaty horrible gut feeling...

Im with @Appleblossom.....dont worry if you are asked to redraft a message.it just shows that we are on a really safe and well read forum.....golly......imagine if we were just writing ........eek.

I would LOVE to be in Melbourne.......but here I am in paradise....in 
WEstern Australia. Someone came to visit me yesterday and they said.oh wow......do you go to the beach every day? I answered........um.......yeah........um until about 6 months ago and now .....I just take the air for granted.........

I'm concentrating on increasing the distance I'm walking each day. Just walking mind you but really pushing the pace. I find listenibg to a fast paced music in my head helps to keep my rhythm and speed moving at a good pace. Although I have free access to the gym at work 24/7 I much prefer to be outside when I walk. In this way I'm not just mindlessly moving my legs. Being outside allows me to appreciate the weather, the plant life, being free. I'm now walking between 7.5 and 10kms per day.
Yes I'm only walking but I'm also finding a good calm place in my mind. Because I'm walking to music in my head I have no time to overthink anything.
Well, it's working for me.

How is everyone going?

I'm still going to yoga usually 3 x a week & getting more runs in lately....

Struggling a lot, but I find I don't beat myself up as much if I exercise in the morning...

Now that I am back to using the wicked mobile again ... I will have to schedule exercise again.

Had fun at a dinner dance on Friday ... not enough to raise a sweat though.  Woman Happy
