Just checking in to say hi to everyone here. Good to see you all moving more through the weeks and gently advancing on goals. Today I had a half walk on the beach. Feet very sore still today after standing and walking around for four hours volunteering yesterday. Glad I'll be seeing a physiotherapist about this and other issues soon. The physio also has a specialty in Feldenkrais methods, which I am drawn to and have experienced before a long time ago. Wishing ease of motivation and reward of effort to all until next time.

I just went to the local shops and filled up my jeep. Very tired today after a few big and creative months. Feel emotionally very very tired and my feet blistered from to and fro to the train.
I know I will get going again in a few days but need some time out.
At random times I spring into some exercise or stretch i learned somewhere or other.
cheers everybody.

Hello hello!
@MoonGal @Appleblossom @Shaz51 @Mazarita @Former-Member @Polly48 @CannonSalt (hope I've not forgotten anyone!)
How's everyone doing? I must say I have let my exerise (ball) drop a little I got sick, and then things got hectic - it's probably the time I need to exercise more, but I'm doing less.
I'm wondering how all my other Forums buddies are doing? Does anyone have any tips on what you can do to maintain fitness when things get busy?

@CherryBomb, hearing and relating to you on dropping balls.
@Shaz51, haven't kept up with the forum lately, hope you are okay.
A slump here since Saturday in most things except video editing. Obsessed and exhausted. Sleeping a lot during the day and sometimes staying up all night. Support worker came to my place yesterday instead of us going out together as planned. Wasn't well enough or presentable enough to leave the flat. Was a reassuring meeting with her though. We got to talk more than we would have if we'd gone out and it calmed me down about how I am at present. Goals seem like a distant memory just now but I do have physio and psychologist appointments tomorrow and I plan to get there!
