 new cpap machine? -- been on it 5 nights now @Dimity , yes going well

the team rang up and by my report which is sent to them each day looks good , seems to be sleeping better and only got up twice through the night

Yes when you see how high the numbers , the stress levels goes up to because you don't know why xx

Will see the diabetes specialist on Monday 

Doctor took my blood pressure and it was good 

Going to test it again now

Are you linked with a diabetes educator @Shaz51 or just the specialist? Just wondering if you can do something with diet while waiting on the meds review. It must be very worrying trying to ride it out.

I want to reduce my carbs but forgot today and bought raisin bread.
