Hi @Anny101 I don't know if this has already been said but it sounds like you've been feeling a bit stuck. After a big cry last night I realised it might be the same kind of feeling - stuck or needing something to release you forward into some more activity or range of feelings that might help you complete the stress cycle and regulate your nervous system to make room for more activity. My chest area feels completely different today, like a comfortable heaviness that's keeping it from skipping and sputtering all over the place. I've been having heart palpitations and feeling so physically out of control in that area of my body. So maybe some EFT tapping (emotional freedom technique) or something similar to give your body the opportunity to find the solution. Because you already know the sunshine and the outings have that protective quality but if you're unable to even get to that yet maybe just a bit of knocking on the door of your paralysis will glean some insight.

Wow amazing! Stress cycle?! What a fantastic concept never heard of it makes so much sense!! Please elaborate? So that's why I'm frozen sometimes? Because the stress cycle hasn't done it's course of leaving the body?
