Hi All,
Have woken up this morning feeling overwhelmed and depressed, so have decided that is not how I need to feel today at all!
I'm not doing paid work today so will do the washing, pull some weeds and clean the house.
I'm going to try and make some time to do something pleasant for myself as well.
Wishing you all a pleasant day.

There are some lovely messages here!
A few well put together words and a beuatiful image of amazing nature can do wonders to lift our spirits.
I didn't feel like going to work today so I went for a walk, did some gardening, listened to the birds and generally had a relaxing monring, so I then felt better about work.
My goal today was to try starting my day differently, I enjoyed work after having had a nice morning.

@Antelope well done!
I woke to great weather here and did think get out of the house but did not aside an essential medication pickup from hospital I needed a support worker to help with due downturn last night.
But I guess looking at the blue sky out the window was nice and I tended my indoor plants. The plants are new and inspired by this forum. They provide a little life in this lonely place growing from just seeds. My Dill is not doing well after a great start and I feel sorry for it .
Goals tomorrow:
wake up earlier and get moving
soil a pot and transplant some celery and spinach, keep experimenting with what I know little ablout.
get rubish and recycling out.
clean up.
take all medication not just some
go and get scripts fillled
eat
do some work (unpaid)
Wish goal:
make a friend
get to sleep earlier
ring someone
