Family area tidied and cleaned sounds like a great start, @Teej. Don't forget to come back and skite when it's done.
Thinking about car issues can wait for now. They'll still be there after the living room looks good again.

@Teej I'm heading off now too. I hope your car passes roadworthy so you can be mobile again. And that the rest of your day goes smoothly.

Hi @Teej, @eth, @everyone here,
I haven't got much done today. Rule is not to beat ourselves up about it if we don't manage what we set ourselves. So going with that for today. I did bring in the washing that was on the line and fold it up. Haven't been out of the flat again today because too hot and humid again for me. I will go out in heat and humidity for appointments these days but find it very hard to motivate myself in this weather to do things that seem optional.
How's it been for you?

Ah well, @Teej, that happens. Yep, be kind to you for the rest of the evening if you can. Pretty sure this thread is for reports of achievement and non-achievement both. Hmmm, better ask the person who started it.
Virtual hugs to your door to take or leave as you wish.

Sorry to hear you're struggling @TeejMy suggestion is just one hour at a time, or even 1/4 hour. Centrelink ap't getting to you is totally understandable. Is there anything you can do to prepare for it e.g. make a list of what needs to be discussed?
I caught up with my filing and put some washing away - wow big day NOT. But by this time of day I just put the telly on and think of what to have for dinner. Distract myself from criticising and try to plan for the next day.

@Teej Is your 'cc' a care co-ordinator or something else? I'd be really stressed about it too. What outcome do you want? i.e. to be assessed as ready for work or to be given a reprieve from having to work for a while? Is there any way I can support you?
