Hi @everyone, hope today was rewarding in some way for all.
@Teej, whoah to the temperatures where you are, and without any aircon. Good thing you are planning various ways to keep everyone cool. Cold showers are also an option. I remember one especially hot day I spent when I was living in Brisbane without any aircon or overhead fans (just those standing fans you can buy). Took eight cold showers to get me through it!
@Faith-and-Hope, I hope your foot massage was relaxing and rejuvinating. Did you see any dolphins on your walk?
My day was good. After cobbling together a reasonable amount of sleep overnight, I got myself out to art group today for the first time in quite a while. Great to be back. After that I had a dental appointment to fix a tooth that broke almost in two some months back (took that amount of time to get an emergency appointment with the government dentists). They were great today though and now I just have to wait longer for my regular checkup and repairs to attend to the little holes appearing in some others. Other things today included some organisational work on new video projects, lots of forum time and watching two episodes of Star Trek. The pace was much easier on me today and I haven't been too overwired from doing things, which I'm relieved about. Excitement is overrated when you've got a nervous system that triggers as easily as mine.
Tomorrow I have a specialist appointment in the morning and then, if it doesn't take too long to get through that, I will go to laughter yoga. Hopefully I might also get some washing done too. I'll leave my goals for tomorrow at that for now.
Hope @everyone finds some good things to do tomorrow too.

Hi @Mazarita ..... hoping you are sleeping now and will pick this up in the morning.
It was a back massage for me today, and my muscles are so tight it was more of a pummelling, but good for me nonetheless.
No dolphins yet. I am just not in the right place at the right time it seems, but will persevere .....
G’night 💕

Hi @Faith-and-Hope, I am awake after my first sleep of the night. If you feel like chatting for a little while, we can move it over to 'anyone feel like chatting' thread. Otherwise, hope you sleep well.

hello @Rightomate
nice to see you on here..
do not worry about feeling that your words don't make sense....you are not alone there..
I have written many weird posts....forgotten I have written them...cannot find them again..
it can be so confusing because there are now so many threads....expanding as we speak in fact...
then it can be hard to find something that you related to a couple of days ago..
perhaps if you feel up to it...ask in your post...include what you remember about the post...I sometimes call out for a community guide to help...they float and check daily posts...
as for rocks ....you could start a new thread ...why don't you ask a community guide to advise you the best way to move forward with that idea....they like us to try and stick to the subject of the thread that we are responding to... a bit hard sometimes
will look out for your post about rocks...
take care
