Daily Achievements

Hi everyone. 

Today I managed to make email enquiries to 5 inpatient treatment centres. 

Turns out I may have to sell a left arm, a kidney and everything I own to even consider it 😅 

However,  managing to communicate enough to make enquiries was a big achievement for me.

Baby step .

Today I socialised as much as I could and I did some exercise. Massive achievements for me.
