No need to apologise @dehaha. I'm sure we all complete understand. I still have a lot of issues with just withdrawing from everything when I get really down. Even though I know I would find it helpful to reach out, sometimes I just feel like it's just too much for me at that time.
You should be proud of yourself as well for reaching out here again after 3 months. I sounds like it hasn't been a great time for you, so i'm sorry to hear that. I hope the fact you've posted here again means you're feeling a bit better. Take good care of yourself and always feel free to keep letting us know how you're going... good or bad.

Well I had a very good day today. Spent a nice sunny day down in the parklands near the Festival Theatre on the Torrens river. I then got interviewed during the evening Ch10 weather cross. The weather presenter was so nice and helpful ans made it a lot easier. Standing there next to her waiting for the time to step in to frame and be on TV... I just got more and more nervous as the seconds ticked down. But a lot of fun to do. Only a couple of quick questions but another thing to add to my list of things I've done that I never thought I'd do. Plus it all helped to raise awareness for the PCFA and prostate cancer so not only a great day, but some good work done as well.

Good evening @MJG017 @TAB @Ru-bee @Alex9 @Macqua @Shaz51 @tyme @SmilingGecko @Lauz and all forumites here tonight. Well done on your achievements everyone!
@Alex9 great job on going to uni! I used to struggle on a Monday to go to my Tafe classes and I had to get my housemate to help motivate me which she was able to do as she knew how much I enjoyed the classes once I was there. I’m so glad you went and I hope you enjoyed yourself.
Today I achieved the following things:
- Had a shower
- Took meds
- Worked on 2 knitting projects
- Distracted myself when I got some weird/ potentially stressful news
- Watched the 6pm news on tv
- Packed my suitcase for my cruise holiday next week
Take care!
