Re: Daily Achievements!

@Mustang67 Oh dear. Rookie mistake. Lol. Yep something has to hold retaining walls in place 😆

And that my friend is one hell of a retaining wall!

My son was a Landscaper. I learned a lot from him.

Re: Daily Achievements!

..thing s seen when footings change levels etc  voids being filled with wheelbarrows of concrete, also reo going vertically up thru 'besser blocks' ok cinder blocks or cement blocks

re support for walls

funny one saw early one was brickies put wall in wrong spot. big discussion then one heads to ute and returns w car jack and they push the wall over to where it should have been. Hilarious. means walls not bonded to slabs etcetc just ancient tech , boxes etc re houses no structural strenght except by weight of material/by accident ....

Re: Daily Achievements!

@TAB When my last house was built, one of the outside walls was not plumb. My partner at the time worked on RAAF plains and had a very good eye for detail. He could tell just by looking at it. I couldn't. The supervisor made them tear it down and do it again. Lol

I really miss that house. It was my dream home and I lost it because of financial abuse by my the husband ðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜  at the time.

Re: Daily Achievements!

ah , damn , but yeah. I discovered the ok 50 yo brickwork on back wall of parents house bellied out and back in again over at least 5 courses(rows as you said)  no one wanted to know lol house sold 3 years ago for double what paid for it 20 years ago , now real estate sites say its worth 50% more again .. lol @Mustang67  for something that was never built right in first place and if a/c unit for ducted not yet been replaced, around 27 years old now  lolo  yet price keeps going up..

Re: Daily Achievements!

@SmilingGecko thanks for sharing. I will do some research.

Re: Daily Achievements!

Hey @Mustang67 Read about a classic reincarnation case involving a girl called "Swarnlata" and evidence of the afterlife. You can read about it online and it also appears in that book I mentioned. Google: Swarnlata There was also a BBC documentary entitled "The Boy Who Lived Before" which you can watch on you tube which is rather eye opening. It all centers around a little boy who had past life memories and was able to take his family and reincarnation researcher to a remote island in Scotland I think and was able to demonstrate with accuracy the features of the land and the home he used to live in. He never went there before as he was only a kid and the island was only accessible by plane!

Re: Daily Achievements!

@SmilingGecko It all sounds so intriguing. I will make this part of my spiritual journey moving forward. Thank you for the recommendation 😊
