I think tech has reached the point where I am being left behind without someone to help me when I need it, @SmilingGecko. That is much of the problem with the older generations who feel intimidated by technology and already feel left behind—we/they can feel outdated and a little bit stupid sometimes. I think that aspect of technology has intimidation set as a default position. Instructions are becoming baffling even for the conversant because tech equipment is becoming too able to do anything, even if it is beyond what we need.

I always have found tech somewhat challenging @Historylover For example I had to update my operating system without an onsite technician the other day because my computer was not working properly. I was left alone to do it myself on a Friday before the holidays and with much not knowing and with some measure of patience it was resolved but truly I felt like my hair could stand on end. I did surprise myself. I think it was luck more than anything else! Anyway I've successfully upgraded my operating system.
I've been listening to this today. I never got into Mariah Carey but missed out on her incredible talent. This style of music is no longer released to the general public. We have awful music these days. But this album bears testament to her beautifully trained voice. I don't know whether you will like it as I know you prefer classical but her voice is almost Operatic. I thought the album was beautiful.

Well @Historylover @TAB @Chuck77 @Oaktree
* I cooked a loaf of bread today
* Did an apricot slice
* Put a load of washing on the line
Its starting to look overcast in Melbourne in readiness for Xmas. So glad to get the washing done. Its all dry. Just going to relax with my Peace aromatherapy blend on. It reached its useby date in March but I keep my aromatherapy in the fridge and it hasn't congealed around the rim of the bottle. Might go off and play some xmas instrumental music on you tube. Merry Xmas everyone!

Don't worry my life was not always like this. In years gone by with the level of fatigue and inaction I experienced I could do nothing @TAB. I'm just grateful for every day now that my newly acquired health supports me in my daily endeavours. But thankyou for your compliment, I appreciate your sentiment as I know how difficult things can be ❤️

I guess so but when you are not feeling able, then everything can get on top of you and feel utterly frustrating @TAB!

The music is lovely, @SmilingGecko. Nothing like Xmas music to remind us of our childhood memories of Xmas. My lovely neighbour has brought me a Xmas gift earlier as she won't be here tomorrow. I told her I won't open it until tomorrow. Reminds me of being a child and getting up out of bed several times before my parents went to bed to see if Santa had been. It was all so very exciting.
Sounds like we have storms brewing. My weather forecast says thundershower tomorrow. I've only heard of thunderstorms before. Live and learn.
Clever you updating your computer's operating system. I don't think I have been through that procedure. I have gone through some updating procedures though. ?
Have a lovely day tomorrow, @SmilingGecko. I think you have said that you are going solo too. I haven't decided how I will entertain myself.

You're just showing off with all you've been doing today, @SmilingGecko. I've just done a lot of eating, trying to fill out my skin.
Yes, the storm is building. I don't mind. I love a good storm.
Merry xmas to you, too!

Yes Mariah Carey is just so talented. TBH I had never listened to a full album of hers before @Historylover but the xmas songs were lovely - just had to share.
You got a xmas gift from your neighbour? That is nice. You will have to open it tomorrow! She does sound like a caring young lady. I'm so glad you have that in your life. I doubt if I will hear from my brother lol
I bought myself a yellow sapphire off ebay. It was used but I don't mind as sapphires can cost. I want to work with it in future as a talisman for my "Purvashada" nakshatra in vedic astrology. Normally you would have to consult a paid gemologist who knows something about vedic astrology but the recommendations were free off astroved.
The larger size gems are pricey but I got a small gem about .8cm which did not cost much. It doesn't seem to matter how small the gems are as they all give off piezoelectricity and seem to do the metaphysical things you want. I know a geologist who sells crystals but his selections were all smaller varieties but in the past I was told it was ok and have read other references that say the same thing.
As you know I can't eat much with diabetes but have a nice day planned. Plenty of healthful foods, drinks and treats. Sometimes having restrictions can make you think outside the box! I think the food I eat now is even better lol. I'm looking forward to trying alcohol free champagne mocktails tomorrow to celebrate. It will be fun to try! I don't own wine goblets as I don't drink but hey who cares. I'll be having pancakes tomorrow morning for breakfast.
I hope you have a good day tomorrow and can eat all you want! 😜
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
