Todays achievements I am very proud of

- I found out I got accepted into a “step up step down” program - it’s either stepping up from the community into somewhere that gives you a lot more support (and avoid going into hospital!!!), or stepping down from hospital/getting that bit more support before you go into the community (I sure hope I’ve tried to explain that ok)

I don’t start for another two weeks but I’m really happy I’ve finally gotten in - it took several months of different referrals and it’s definitely happened at a good time - when my mental health has not been entirely great and I could do with some more support. So yay!

and my second one

- I applied for a job last night, thought nothing of it.

they called me up at lunchtime (literally 20 mins after I found out about my first daily achievement 🤣) and sprung a telephone interview on me right there and then (…hmm..) and then asked if I was available for another interview this afternoon!

two job interviews in one day! Ahh!!!!

With the Step up and step down program, is that through PARCs? I've utilised those programs many times - it was great for my recovery. For me, it was much more effective than hospital.
