Today  I stood up for myself as didnt feel I should go to stupid DES appt with crappy tooth pain

deleted replies from jobs should never have applied for in first place lol

washed dishes

tidied up

walked around dawn but back was siezed whole way, was not expecting that

Today I went to my psychologist appointment. It was at 7am because it was the only session I could get that fit in with my schedule this next fortnight (yikes) and I am not a morning person on the best of days. I had an awful nights sleep and yet here I was at 7:01 ready to talk about life.

Today I did the following:

1. Did a load of washing and put on the line.

2. Got a grocery delivery and put grocery away

3. Threw out cardboard and other recyclables in recycle bin

4. Cleaned kitchen sink.

5. Swept the tiled floors in entrance and kitchen

6. Tossed out loo rolls

7. About to scrub shower in bathroom

Have had air filtration on since yesterday so the air is fresh

Thought it was a good idea to do a cleanup prior to the full moon lunar eclipse which I think is on Sunday

They will certainly come in handy @TAB. Just got the soap scum and mold off now with scourer sponge I will spray with clove oil for good measure.  I notice if I use clove oil the mold doesn't come back as quickly. I don't use Exit Mold, learned from a building inspector during Qld floods where my brother lives that clove is good.  Aromatherapist married to mold expert told me the same. Will spray it on today and leave it on overnight. No yukky chemical fumes. Clove oil smells lovely wafting around the house. Aromatherapy can rival many commercial products particularly pharmaceuticals which is why big business doesn't like it and they try and regulate aromatherapy because of lost profits. That is all for today. I should organise some lunch now then have an afternoon break. Enough achievements for today. Might not go for a walk this afternoon, been busy around the house

I got told off by old friend re cleaners @SmilingGecko  i just thought who the eff do they think they are?

.. then ages after realised everything goes to septic here, and it aint happy re smells .. so .. yeah  few things going in rubbish soon and earth brand or equiv to replace ..

Yes I do Earth brand for my dishwashing liquid, laundry and floor cleaner. Its a pretty good little brand for the environment and is competitively priced compared to others on the market @TAB. My shower sparkles now. Just made myself an avocado and tomato sandwich for lunch. Am about to check the mail.

Yeah probably less toxic than other brands @TAB.  I use a cheap shampoo and conditioner.  Natures Organics Fruits I think its called. Its the cheapest brand on the market.  I used to shampoo my hair with bicarb/water paste and rinse with white vinegar/water.  The hairdresser noted the condition of my hair and asked what products I used! lol.
