Todays Acheivements so far are one getting plenty of sleep,two eating lunch and drinking coffee,three trying to focus on things that need to get done today,goals ect,a load of washing done,had my medication,thinking about ways to continue to keep busy while at home and also thinking about simple things to be thankfull for ,stay safe everyone,the weather looks sunny today hoefully some of you can get outdoors for a while to garden or go for a walk ect enjoy the sunshine

hello friends todays acheivements are as follows one waking up earlier,two hot shower,three housework,4 lunch,5 movie after lunch,6 dinner,7 movie after dinner,listening to music,messaging family,snacking,plenty of thinking,watching the news and trying to sort out how to pay off massive increase in Electricity bill,cleaned out Kitcken Pantry and Fridge,better take my meds stay safe everyone

Hello Friends Todays acheievements are one trying to focus on how to bring back more fun into myself,two spent time making my bed,three doing a few loads of washing,four breathing excercises,five takeaway night for dinner six,ate lunch,telling myself positive thoughts about and trying to be kind to myself,but mainly focussing on fun,and relaxation,spent time playing a video game of all things,spraying the whole house with air freshner,and showering including face scrub,

Today my achievements have been as follows:
- I did some more knitting of both my Mental Health Recovery Blanket and a beanie for a PARCS worker
- I had a long hot shower and washed my hair which felt wonderful
- I picked up several Click and Collect parcels from Big W that needed to be collected
- I posted on both Facebook and here on the forums
- I listened to by body and chose to have a nap when my mind needed time out
- I didn't send my psychologist any nasty emails after he cancelled our appointment yesterday which is a massive achievement for my BPD mental health diagnosis despite wanting to.
Enjoy your achievements no matter how big or small they may be!

Hi @Judi9877 I love your lists! I read something this morning about giving yourself credit for the seemingly mundane as well as bigger things, because some days they can also really take it out of you...

Hi @frog jst being out shopping here, having Real @ Tab party of One here tonight lol well after physical at 4.20pm ha ha back all stiff from stretching yest (?) spent like $250 on physio recently not sure what that achieved, prob as much as phone appt w physio got notified of yest lolo ...
anyway, not very inspiring being v doubtful about passing and all achey, managed a few careful (different) stretches just now, will leave it at that. Last coffee now in case BP too high ha ha like trying to launch a space mission ha ha I need to spend link 6months fixing my body, not 4 days in last minute panic lol
Oh well.

I'm ok thanks @TAB hope you can sleep off some of the aches and pains.
I feel like my body is in a state of perpetual decline tbh. If it's not one thing it's another. Just have to keep plugging away and try to be as healthy as poss I spose.
Hope you pass the physical.
I'm going to get an early night. Work tomorrow. Sick of it, but it's a job so shouldn't complain. Take care.
