Hi @TAB
I just woke up. My anxiety has been through the roof since Friday and I'm not in a good space. I'm not very good at talking at the moment. I just wanted to say hi.

Hi @Arizona ,
I'm sorry to hear about your anxiety. Hope you can find ways to treat and care for yourself.
Can you think of any achievements from yesterday?
Didn't matter how big or small. Even getting out of bed can be an achievement.

Hi Everyone!
Thanks @oceangirl @Judi9877 @TAB and everyone else for sharing your acheivements 🙂
Today my acheivements include:
- had 2 online classes
- went for a lovely walk in the sunshine to the park
- ate breakfast, lunch and dinner.
And something else, I used to HATE cinnamon... for some reason, in the past few days, I've grown to love it in my tea! That's an achievement for me. Love dirty chais now, too!
