after I posted this I have been at the hospital with my mum , and still ammm, they have finally got a bed for her and they are going to keep her in for a couple of night xx

I know what you mean @Bunniekins - I'm not typically content, but I do see little glipses as I get older. Today for example, I did what I could and at the end of it, I'll be content getting to bed. '

Some things that are connected to contentment for me are gratitude and acceptance (not to be confused with resignation!). Younger me railed against things, particularly injustice. Hopefully future me will have more calm.

I'm trying to deal with my problems/issues and life... very overwhelming i must say... i can't blame the world and expect the world to change... it has to come from within and sometimes i feel there's no way around certain stuff... and i feel I've done everything i can...
