@Shaz51 This is an excellent pictogram for living a balanced life. I have never seen this wellness wheel but other variations of it from Dr John Demartini, a behaviouralist. Its remarkably similar in terms of wellness themes in Demartinis model. I have a few areas that need more working on but other than that am happy with what I have achieved

When I look at it in that context @Shaz51 possibly doing better than I give myself credit for.
Fail on emotional,
Work in progress with varying degrees of success on all other points.

Hi @Shaz51 . Thanks for posting another picture of the Wellness wheel up on the posts. It's much appreciated! It's really funny how this showed up in my notifications today as I had just undergone an assessment with my psychologist today and they mentioned certain elements of what I can now see are located in the wheel, such as emotional dimension as well as social and physical dimensions. To be honest, I don't see myself as scoring very highly in most of the wellness wheel, especially with finacial and physical, and I definitely know that I'm not well at the moment 100% emotional because of the stress with the moving to a new property coming up next weekend which I'm getting stressed about. I think I may do well intellectually as I love my uni studying as I find it interesting and challenging and I love talking to my psychologist who challenges my thoughts and ideas which is great for me. Overall, I can see that I'm definitely not balanced in my life on the wheel and need to do some work in a big way, hopefully when things start to settle down in 2 weeks time!

@Shaz51 I found a pdf scorecard online re. the 8 dimensions. 10 questions per dimension, so you can get an idea of how well you're doing.
I'm doing OK re physical needs (physical, financial, environmental), I'm borderline re maintaining focus (spiritual, intellectual) but crashed re emotional well-being (emotional, social, occupational). I guess the results didn't surprise me but I didn't expect them to be so stark. So I have work to do.

I have been very up and down regarding emotional wellness and socialism lately. I am happy to have a chat but it just feels disconnected and that the conversation is just to pass time rather than to make a connection.
I think i will need to print up the wheel and take it more seriously next year.
