@Shaz51 now that theres more sunlight in the mornings the birds are awake earlier. But its my favorite start to the day. I love this precious time to engage fully with my spiritual life. Thankyou for sharing these tips and your commitment to serving others!

Thats amazing @Shaz51 we get parrots out this way and cockatoos as I'm near a national park.
But mainly in the morning its suburban birds.
If I go on my walks will see cockatoos perched on fences and powerlines

Such great information!
Regarding social wellness I've had to learn that as an adult. I had social anxiety as a child, and my parents were loners, so they didn't role model socialising very well. Over the years I have pushed myself to make connections with people and it has paid off. I have close friends and acquaintances in my community now. Hubby and I volunteer. This has been a great way to stretch ourselves out of our comfort zone and learn how to have conversations with people we have just met.
Spirituality is my everything. I have a Christian faith. It's been my comfort at the lowest points in my life. It helps me to be grateful for what I have, and who I am, because there are always others less fortunate than me.

This is an interesting topic and it works in with your own internal beliefs when you are in conflict.. the ability to trust in yourself and that you have the backing of your spiritual belief.. your ancestors or your god etc..

I definitely find my most spiritual connection is with nature
Edit: nature and humanity- despite all the bad, there is heaps of good out there 🙂

Thank you @Shaz51 I haven't been on this forum for a long time now. I keep meaning to, but life hey... There have been big changes regarding the care of my daughter & we're adjusting & taking it day by day. But getting things in more workable order & yes, all areas of wellness being revised. So much gratitude to the people on this forum for the encouragement & support.
