Re: rough time
OK, well anxiety and panic are signs of feeling fearful. And your thoughts are just thoughts, so acknowledge them for their presence, and tell your thoughts you know they're there, but you don't have to do anything about them.
Go ahead @outlander
Set the timer on your phone for two minutes. Then I want you to close your eyes and do nothing but concentrate on your breathing. Slowly bring it back down. But fully focus on your breathing. Notice and feel the intake of air through your nose. Put your hand on your belly and feel it rise as you inhale completely. Gently and slowly breathe out. Notice the feeling as your belly slacken and deflates.

Re: rough time
Sometimes when we get panicky @outlander
we hyperventilate, which increases carbon dioxide into our brain and blood stream. This can lead to pins and needles, feeling faint and buzzy. This might be what's happening with you?
What are you afraid of right now? Are you scared you'll never get better? Are you afraid that you are losing control? Are you afraid of what next? Really look inside yourself and see what is you're afraid of. When you know what you are afraid of, you can work with that. Maybe jot something down on paper.

Re: rough time
Im scared of everything, i worry about literally everything and lots i dont know what is real and what isnt.
Im afaid of whats next, unsure of what to do, yes fear of loosing control.
Atm a trigger besides this aniversary is my sick sister. Its a virus thing and i know i cant control everything and mums looking after her and knows what to do and ive had her all day ( literally every time she coughed it would set my anxiety off even though i already know whats wrong) i kinda feel worse her not being with me-might be that protectivr stuff coming out the the lack of control
Worrying how the hell im suppose to get through this shit with no other supports except fr here and its really not fair on you guys. It upsets me that i need to ask for help from here because i cant seem to get help offline.
I guess that was a ramble and a half @Sans911
