That sounds so stressful and overwhelming @outlander You've been doing everything you can to try and care for your pop and at times it feels like family don't really get what it's like for you. That's such a difficult space to be in. I've sent you a check in email. Take care of yourself 🌻

You can only do one thing at a time @outlander
As difficult as it is, sometimes we have to practise patience and try to not rush things. I'm proud of you though for in the midst of all this, you are still seeking help, so that is moving forward, even though it probably doesn't feel like it.
And you've improved a great deal since I've known you. Probably more than you realise. Those improvements have been small, but they're improvements no less.

Iknow theres been a little bit of improvment no thanks to professionals the credit goes to here @Sans911
Im trying anyway i guess and trying to be patient. The unknown is hard. Im not sure what else im suppose to do. I even thought of taking up studies so im out of my head abit.
It feels like im carrying the weight of the world and just feel trapped and despite having you guys here it makes me feel rather alone offline.
Are you ok talking to me? I dont want to pressure you or burden you with any of this

Lil Sis, I wouldn't be here unless I wanted to be, so I'm more than okay to talk to you. I don't often do things just because someone asks. I do it because I want to.
I am drifting in and out of a nap, so if you don't hear from me for a bit that's why. I have to get up in the hour anyway as I've got to get organised for an appt.
