Different times depends how stressed I am. Sometimes sleep meds work other times I have to take extra at 1 or 2am. 4am this morning. I’m in bed now. Hopefully sleep soonish.
Here a bit longer.
I seem to be angry and upset alot lately.
Are you watching tv , in bed yet? 💖

Hello @outlander Sometimes the best way to get a handle on an inner voice that is giving you grief is be naming it. It helps limit it and makes space in your mind for the fact that it is not the whole you. Eg ... It might the inner critic ... or a more personal nikname.
Its hard when you feel privacy is not certain.

Does deep breathing help you get to sleep. It sometimes helps me. I was taking organic magnesium for sleep. It helped for a while until I took to much fir my sensitive tummy.
Tried Canna Calm. Not so sure about that. Might try again some time. Need strong sleep meds lately.
