Morning @BlueBay. So pleased to hear that your GP and new psych appointments went well yesterday. That must be such a relief for someone to finally take you under their wing, listen and do something positive about getting necessary help and treatment.
Its never easy starting on new meds, but persevere, as it will get easier as you progress.
Fingers crossed you get into hospital tomorrow.
Meanwhile, I hope work today goes well for you and that the day goes quickly. Things are finally happening! Yay!
My thoughts are with you BlueBay, and sending through a big cyber hug too.
Sherry xx
