Good morning everybody,
I have been a tree this morning, have you??? @Maggie @soul @Ant7 @CheerBear @Former-Member.
Hey @Mazarita and @Former-Member, have you heard about our great yoga adventure? Would you like to join the be-a-tree-every-day-for-a-week super challenge? Here's how to be a tree: https://www.doyogawithme.com/content/tree-pose
@Former-Member I noticed that you liked the earlier post about being a tree. I am taking this to mean you are committing to the be-a-tree-every-day-for-a-week super challenge...and you wouldn't want to disappoint a little turtle now, would you. I'm still working on @Former-Member @Former-Member @Former-Member @Former-Member @NikNik and @Former-Member. I think you should all set aside time in your day to be trees together - that would be very good role modelling of self-care for Forumites.

@Phoenix_Rising If all those people were to be a tree each day- together in cyber space - but in separate physical locations would it still be classed as a forest? (something to think about this morning!!!!)

Feeling just a bit sore in the arms this morning. There's another class on this afternoon for newbies called Essentials. I'll book into that one. Might give me more direction. I find the breathing a bit tricky - when to breathe in and out and for how long.

I'm in @Phoenix_Rising !!! Sometimes I am a tree at Pilates, but being a tree every day sounds like fun!
So what do I do hehe How long do you tree for?

That second tree pose looks a bit difficult. Will have to work up to that one.

@soul That is very cool that you are going to go to another class today. A class specifically for newbies sounds great. I am finding it good joining an ongoing class but I can see it would be overwhelming for someone who hadn't played around a bit at home first.
@Zoe7 Giggle. Trees at different times in different physical locations still form the forest of Forum Land. It's magic.
@Former-Member There are no rules about when or for how long you need to tree (how the heck have we turned "tree" into a verb around here within two days!!! ) - the challenge is simply to be a tree each day for a week (we started yesterday). Given how much @CheerBear, @soul and I seem to be enjoying the great yoga adventure, I'm thinking there may possibly be a different challenge next week.
I think you need to encourage everyone in the helpcentre to be a tree. You could put a message on the phone: "the helpline is currently unattended due to all help centre staff being trees."

@Former-Member Wobbly and falling trees are just as much a part of the forest as steady trees.

@Phoenix_Rising I am going to continue to being a Nut in the forest along with @Faith-and-Hope
The forest needs all of us - nuts, seeds, saplings and trees to be sustainable
