Hi everyone
I have been doing bridge pose daily as part of my routine. I like it because it has a good mix os strength and flexibility. I guess a lot of yoga is like that, though I initially was more focused on the stretchy aspect. Have a good one everyone passing by.

I think of yoga as moving meditation. It's easier for me than sitting meditation. Either way my mind is busy and I'm distracted. Just have to accept it.

Hi @frog I'm still doing my 2 Yoga Classes, each week.
Couldn't do without them.
Gee, I felt it when we had 3 weeks of No Yoga Classes - Plus No Over 50's Fitness Classes either.
Due recent WA Lockdown, then Restrictions (& Mask-Wearing).
Many Classes (Yoga + other Fitness) will not run - When Mask-Wearing is Required.

Hi @Adge @Meowmy @TAB @Daisydreamer @Former-Member and all comers.
I've had a very disrupted week. Routine out the window, including yoga. And I really felt it.
Have done some today though.
