Hi everyone.
I'm still doing my Trauma Yoga classes (every week), as well as my ordinary yoga class.
Just 2 classes per week, though that's plenty of effort (& driving) for me.
Well this one's Different - a very Unique Promotion for Doing Yoga classes....
I never thought of myself as Being a "Loose Man" Before....

Yep, I'm a "Grumpy Chicken" too, just like that one above.
I don't want to do my Yoga in isolation, I need my Yoga class back.
The older lady from my class (I saw at Chemist) said exactly the same thing, she felt the same way.
She said that no-one from our class is doing "Online Yoga" (via Webcam), or Yoga at home.
We are all waiting for our Yoga classes to start up again.
Those people are my main social contacts (when there), I don't have their phone numbers (& they don't have mine).
So no social contact, as well as no yoga classes.
"Not Happy Jan" the Ad said - I'm going to sack Jan....
Jan is Called ScoMo on this Occasion....

Thinking of you @Adge
It's a real loss you are going through with the closure and I'm very sorry.
I do yoga at home, but it is not the same as being part of little community of people who practice together. I am hoping there might be other options at some time, though I know nothing can experience the experience you've built up over many years there.
Take care

Thanks so much @frog Yes I wish to continue my Great Yoga adventure (if possible).
Yes, community & shared motivation - I find classes most helpful.
