Hi @CheerBear@Phoenix_Rising@Ant7 - I Yinned today. I Yinned the other day but this session was with a different instructor. It was very relaxing and she was more facilitative. A really nice way to start off the week.
I'll be a Warrior this week too. Hopefully we will get lots of people being warriors - so empowering. I think it's easier than the tree pose - less likely to fall over. Speaking of which, on my long Sunday walk today, I came across this cool looking tree. I did some stretches against its branches. It didn't seem to mind.

Good morning everybody. It's Warrior Week!!!!! I can't begin to tell you how much I don't feel like a warrior right now...which probably makes it an ideal time to be a warrior!
Did you know there are three warrior poses in yoga (which are creatively named Warrior I, Warrior II and Warrior III)? Based on the picture you posted @soul, I've taken it to mean you want to do Warrior II. I had to hunt around for a how-to video because for some weird reason the cool yoga website only has Warrior I and Warrior III how-to videos. Here is how to be a warrior: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oltXEk70A_0
I can't wait to hear how everybody goes at being a warrior today: @Ant7 @soul @CheerBear @Maggie @Appleblossom @TheVorticon @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member @Mazarita
@Former-Member @Former-Member will you be warriors in the helpcentre today? I am super hoping that you can inspire @Former-Member @Former-Member @Former-Member @Former-Member to be warriors too.
Last week we created the Forest of Forum Land and now we are going to fill up the forest with warriors.
Hmmm...I wonder who else I can nag encourage to be a warrior. Forum Land is so big now, it is difficult to find everyone. Hey @utopia @Shaz51 @BlueBay @Queenie do you want to be warriors?
I haven't been a warrior yet today, but I plan to soon. I will be treeing as well as warrioring (that word is SO wrong!!!). I find that once I start, I keep going with the yoga gig because it makes me feel super calm.
I can't wait to hear how everyone goes with being a warrior. Yay for the be-a-warrior-every-day-for-a-week challenge.
Hey @NikNik, make sure you look out for the army of Warriors when you fly over in your nutella jar!
